Police said the boy has been charged with four counts of aggravated battery, four counts of robbery, two counts of attempted robbery, one count of armed robbery, and one count of aggravated robbery.
The charges were dropped on the eve of Patrick O'Donnell's trial on two counts of aggravated battery and two counts of official misconduct.
