New Jersey cheer coach, mother charged in sexual assault case
The mother of the cheer coached was charged with criminal attempt and witness tampering in connection to the 2022 investigation.

The investigation is still in the early stages and no one has been charged at this time.

Both were taken to Presbyterian Hospital where the 33-year-old was pronounced dead and the 24-year-old was in extremely critical condition but succumbed to his injuries.
The 14-year-old was taken to Lankenau Hospital and officials say there are no arrests at this time and no weapons were recovered.
