The Ukrainian president visited Washington during his first trip outside his country since Russia's invasion in February.
The meeting is the culmination of the committee's nearly 18-month-long investigation into the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol.
The conservative attorney was referred to the Justice Department for potential criminal charges.
The committee is also making criminal referrals to the Justice Department for former President Trump.
