Boulder shooting suspect faces more charges
Colorado prosecutors have filed more than 40 additional charges against the suspect in last month's deadly grocery store shooting.

The victim has been identified as 16-year-old Ma'Khia Bryant.

24 people were arrested, following dozens on Monday and Tuesday nights. The former officer, Kim Potter, was charged with second-degree manslaughter.
Protesters and law enforcement clashed in a Minneapolis suburb for the third night in a row. The officer and Brooklyn Center's police chief resigned.
Police chief of Brooklyn Center said earlier that the officer who killed 20-year-old Daunte Wright, a Black man, meant to use her Taser but instead grabbed her gun.
The rise happened despite an estimated 7% reduction in global emissions due to the pandemic, according to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.
"He stated that he should apologize the African or the Nigerian way, which was to kneel down," the boy's mother said.
The 21-year-old suspect has been charged with 10 counts of first-degree murder.
Miya Ponsetto, 22, is also facing criminal charges in the case.
The suspected gunman was released from the hospital Tuesday afternoon after being treated for a gunshot wound.
One of those killed was a police officer, and a suspect is in custody.

The suspect is linked to at least one of the shootings and police say it is "extremely likely" he is also the suspect in the other two shootings.
