Burglar steals thousands from nail salon in Chatham

Chicago police said four armed males exited a black-in-color sedan and approached the victims, a woman, 64, and two men, 54 and 44, who were outside.
James Dixon, 28, was taken into custody on Monday and charged with first-degree murder.

Jimmy Smith, 45, was taken into custody on Friday, in the 9400 block of South Lafayette Avenue.
The driver of the squad car was taken to a local area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The CPD Marine Unit recovered the victim's body from a partially submerged car in the 800 block of West 129th Place.
The victim was uncooperative and refused to answer any questions at the scene, police said.
