Motorcyclist killed in fiery crash on Edens Expressway
The motorcycle hit the back of a white Toyota Prius and caught fire, state police said.

Illinois State police say a vehicle was traveling down I-94 near 73rd Street around 2:40 a.m. when someone in another car started shooting at them – striking the boy who was a passenger.
Police did not say if both shootings were connected, but Area 2 detectives were investigating the circumstances surrounding both incidents.
The ages of the victims range from 14 to 50.
The robberies happened in Brighton Park, Back of the Yard, Gage Park, Chicago Lawn, and Garfield Ridge neighborhoods.
The burglaries happened in the Austin and West Garfield Park neighborhoods during the evening and early morning hours, with the latest happening on Wednesday.

Anthony Jimenez, 25, was charged with two counts of first-degree murder.
Chicago police arrested the boys, both 16, and the men, Omareon Coleman and Samuel Gaines, both 19, around 9 p.m. in the 1300 block of West Montrose Avenue and the 4400 block of North Malden Avenue, respectively.

Tabshir Rizvi, 23, of Bloomingdale, and Mohammed Faroun, 22, of Hoffman Estates, were both charged with two counts of hate crime, a misdemeanor charge of criminal damage to property, and disorderly conduct.
Chicago police said six adults were able to leave the building without injuries.
The 11-year-old, along with another girl, 15, and two boys, 14 and 16, were arrested on Tuesday in the 7000 block of South Cottage Grove Avenue.
