Teen charged in Greater Grand Crossing armed carjacking

The Chicago Police Board voted Thursday night to suspend Officer Bernard Butler without pay for one year.
The funds are available to dry cleaners, auto body shops, metal finishers, and food and beverage manufacturers.
The plan would expand the existing Fifth-Third Arena on West Jackson and a two-story building would be built on a vacant lot to the west of the arena.
It will allow students and their families to say goodbye to summer and get the help they need for the school year.
Police said 59-year-old Albert Coburn was arrested Wednesday, in the 7900 block of South Francisco Avenue.

The incident happened at 2:30 a.m. in the 2400 block of North Ashland Avenue.
Marcus Roberts, 49, was arrested Tuesday by the U.S. Marshals Great Lakes Regional Fugitive Task Force, in the 300 block of South Pulaski Road.
