"Mr. Trump has a right to be present here. That right can be forfeited if he is disruptive and if he disregards court orders," Judge Lewis Kaplan said.
The trial, which began Tuesday morning, is the second related to E. Jean Carroll's allegations and Trump's subsequent denials.
"Obviously, things have been next-level crazy, since I am set to testify in, at this point in time, March," Stormy Daniels said on her podcast.
Judge Lewis Kaplan offered to delay the end of the trial if Trump wants to come to court on Monday, Jan. 22 to testify. It's unclear if Trump will accept the offer.
