The fire, which was initially reported about 4 p.m., was extinguished just after 5:40 p.m.

The inmate was pronounced dead Monday after being taken to John Peter Smith Hospital, according to a Tarrant County Sheriff's Office news release.

The backups are due to highway repairs at I-45 and Dowdy Ferry Road, authorities said.
The shooting occurred about 2 a.m. Sunday in the 5100 block of S. Hampton Road, police said.
This is an ongoing investigation.
