The fire was first reported at around 4:20 p.m. in the 1300 block of N. Highland Avenue, according to a statement from the Los Angeles Fire Department.
The two earthquakes, which occurred at magnitudes of 3.5 and 3.4, were separated by six hours and centered just miles outside of Fontana, according to the USGS.
