National Guard shoots down "false" Russian report about U.S. troops in Ukraine
In a statement on Thursday, the National Guard said not only was the report "false," but that the soldiers named in the report were not even in Ukraine.

Abramovich, who was once Russia's richest man, said he will set up a foundation where net proceeds from the sale will be donated.
"We didn't learn enough from the horrors of the past," he said.
"The ISU Council will continue to closely monitor the situation in Ukraine," the organization said.
The suspension will likely leave the Russia out of the upcoming World Cup in Qatar.
