Second mid-air incident on Southwest Airlines
Southwest Airlines faces a new federal investigation after the company's second mid-air scare in about two weeks. A window cracked during a flight from Chicago to Newark on Wednesday. Southwest says the plane never lost cabin pressure and diverted safely to Cleveland. Kris Van Cleave reports.
