Biden rejects GOP's $50 billion infrastructure offer

President Biden dismissed Republicans' latest offer for infrastructure plans. The president spoke with West Virginia Senator Shelley Moore Capito about the deal Friday. She offered an additional $50 billion for the plan. However, the White House and Senate Republicans are still miles apart on negotiations. Biden expected to take on racial inequality

President Biden is heading to Oklahoma to mark 100 years since the horrific Tulsa Race Massacre, which is considered one of the worst displays of racist violence in American history. He's expected to unveil a series of new measures aimed at helping communities of color across the U.S., especially when it comes to housing and economic policies.
