Three San Antonio police officers have been charged with murder for the shooting of a woman at an apartment complex. San Antonio police say the victim appeared to be experiencing a mental health crisis when officers arrived on the scene. CBS News correspondent Omar Villafranca has the latest from Texas.
"The officers' actions were not consistent with SAPD's policy and training," said Chief William McManus during a Friday night news conference.

Texas Vista's owner, Steward Health Care, is shutting down the hospital six years after purchasing it with the help of private equity investors. Jon LaPook reports.
"If you are to get your vehicle stolen, I know it's frustrating, but please do not take matters in your own hands like this," a police spokesperson said.
An eyewitness described the "chaos" of the aftermath to CBS News. "I just remember the horrible screams of a child and a mother looking for her baby," she said.
Firefighters had to fight off multiple pit bulls with "pick-axes and pipe poles" just to reach the two victims, officials said.
Investigators are still unsure exactly where the shooting took place.
Eril Cantu, 17, remained on life support, his family said Tuesday.
