The New Hampshire primary is personal for the Clintons, as Hillary Clinton came from behind to win it eight years ago. Former President Bill Clinton credits New Hampshire with boosting his candidacy in 1992 when he came in second. Officials predict a record turnout as polls open in New Hampshire Tuesday for the first primary in the nation. The first nine ballots were cast at midnight in the tiny northern town of Dixville Notch. All four Democrats voted for Bernie Sanders, three Republicans went for John Kasich and two for Donald Trump.
