Investigators have determined that a Metro-North train was traveling 82 miles per hour -- 52 mph over the speed limit -- before it jumped the track and crashed, killing four people. The train's engineer told first responders he hit the brakes, but the train did not respond. Investigators say it's too early to tell if the cause of the accident was human error or faulty equipment. Jeff Pegues reports.
