Troy Driver, 41, has also been charged with kidnapping, burglary, robbery and destroying evidence, officials said.
Investigators haven't said what led them to Troy Driver, 41 but they're still looking for 18-year-old Naomi Irion, who was last seen in a Walmart parking lot more than two weeks ago.
"This is a very significant development in this case and we are still processing the car for any additional evidence," the district attorney said.
