A federal jury in the trial of the Pittsburgh synagogue mass shooter has decided he is eligible for the death penalty. The panel reached a decision in less than two hours. But Philadelphia wasn't the only city to see gun violence this long holiday weekend -- in Fort Worth, Texas, at least three people were killed and six others wounded. CBS News' Jessica Kartalija reports.

Philadelphia officials gave an update on Monday night's deadly mass shooting in the Kingsessing neighborhood. Five people were killed, including a 15-year-old boy, and two were wounded. The city's police commissioner said she is confident authorities have the only individual responsible for the shooting in custody.
