N.Y. official on CDC request for personal data

New York state pushed back against a request from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to collect data from residents who receive a coronavirus vaccine. The federal agency asked all 50 states to sign an agreement that allows them to obtain personal information from vaccinated people, including names and birthdays.
