The town of Cameron, Louisiana is unrecognizable after Hurricane Laura made landfall nearby, bringing fierce winds and flooding. To see the true scope of the damage, Omar Villafranca boarded a helicopter and surveyed what is left of the town from 200 feet in the air.
"Praying that it does not come to this!" Louisiana officials said of the warning.
There are fears that many bodies are still trapped under the rubble of collapsed homes in hard-hit Parwan province.
