Nearly 300,000 West Virginia residents are without clean tap water after a chemical spill from an industrial plant seeped into the water supply. The contamination is not considered lethal, but water restrictions could remain in place for days. In the meantime, the state has ordered the chemical company to cease operations. Chip Reid reports.
