White House addresses debt ceiling concerns

Time is running out for Congress to raise the nation's debt ceiling. Democratic lawmakers are holding another procedural vote Wednesday afternoon. They hope to raise the debt limit and provide additional funding for government spending through December. However, Republicans are standing firm and promising to block any procedural votes moving forward. CBS News' Skyler Henry has more. Biden visits Michigan to sell domestic agenda

President Biden is trying to shift the focus away from the price tag for his domestic agenda and on to what the bills actually seek to do for the American people. Speaking at a trade union training facility in Howell, Mr. Biden said that to oppose the investments in infrastructure and social programs "is to be complicit in America's decline."
