Texas officials asked the 75 health care workers who had contact with Ebola patient Thomas Eric Duncan to sign legal documents agreeing not to go to any public places or use mass transit. Hospital officials say a flaw in the way a nurse interacted with the electronic health record led to Thomas Eric Duncan being sent home after his first visit to the hospital late Thursday night. Before Duncan was diagnosed with Ebola, he was sharing an apartment with four family members. Those four have been placed under a court-ordered quarantine. Manuel Bojorquez reports.
