Officers won't face charges in Rayshard Brooks shooting
A Georgia special prosecutor announced Wednesday that two white Atlanta Police officers would not face charges in the fatal 2020 shooting of Rayshard Brooks. Attorney Lance LoRusso, who represents Garrett Rolfe, one of the two officers, joined CBS News to discuss the prosecutor's decision.
