President Biden signed an executive order to protect access to reproductive health care. It comes two weeks after the Supreme Court overturned Roe V. Wade, ending the federal right to abortion. The President said the court's decision was one based on "raw political power." He also urged all women to vote this November. CBS News political correspondent Caitlin Huey-Burns reports.

President Biden signed an executive order Friday to help protect abortion access in states that are banning the procedure. The order directs the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services to protect access to abortion medication, including emergency contraception, and to ensure emergency care for women experiencing pregnancy loss. Now 89, Chessen talks with CBS News chief White House correspondent Major Garrett about her choice (which she said "any mother would do to save her own child from suffering"), and her belief that the Supreme Court's ruling to overturn Roe is awakening "a great dose of anger" among women.
