Watch: Audio repellent in Fairfield parks called a headache by neighbors

At several parks in Fairfield, the city installed an audio repellent that emits high-frequency sound typically heard by people under the age of 25. It was meant as a measure to keep teenagers from loitering in the parks overnight, but as Madisen Keavy explains, the devices have became a nuisance to neighbors.
