SF hotels' declaration on loan payments may be negotiating tactic
San francisco Hilton Union Square and Parc 55 hotels' futures are in limbo after the firm that owns them said it was skipping its loan payments and could try to sell the properties. But the rare announcement could just be a tactic to renegotiate the terms of the mortgages. Katie Nielsen reports.
