'Selene,' 3-legged dog up for adoption during 'Howl-oween' event
This October is national Adopt-a-Shelter-Dog month, and to celebrate, Petfinder Foundation and Bar Dog Wine have teamed up to host their annual "Howl-oween," a nationwide event where animal shelters dress up their pups for a costume contest.
