San Francisco rolls out new team to address homelessness

San Francisco has a new team working to help people living on the streets. The Heart program consists of four teams of five people who will respond to non-emergency calls to fulfill immediate needs like clothes and food and get people into city services, part of Mayor London Breed's five-year strategic plan to address homelessness.
