Marin water officials hopeful about upcoming storms with reservoirs at average levels
So far this year in Marin County, the rainfall has been a bit disappointing. But the reservoirs are standing at about exactly average for this time of year, and "average" has never felt so good, especially after years of drought. John Ramos reports. (12/7/22)
