Liz Truss becomes British prime minister after formal appointment by Queen Elizabeth

Britain got its 4th prime minister in six years today as the queen formally appointed Liz Truss as the country's new leader. But as the keys to Downing Street are handed over, outgoing prime minister Boris Johnson is handing over the country's problems, too. Ian Lee reports.
