Fire burns vehicles at Oakland's Wood St. homeless encampment
A fire broke out overnight at the Wood Street homeless encampment in Oakland, starting at around 1 a.m. Tuesday and burning
about 20 cars. The fire came less than 24 hours after Caltrans began phase 2 of the eviction process.
