The Boston Red Sox advanced to the World Series with a Game Six win over the Detroit Tigers on Saturday night, marking the second time in the matchup that the Detroit bullpen couldn't hold a late-inning lead at Fenway Park.
The St. Louis Cardinals truly have established themselves as the model National League franchise, with their fourth league pennant since 2004, and they'll shoot for their third World Series title in that time frame next week.
