PG&E has restored power to residents of a San Jose neighborhood affected by an outage caused by a driver who crashed into a power pole on Monday night, a PG&E spokesman said.
Power has been restored to all 7,000 or so PG&E customers who were affected by an outage in San Francisco's Western Addition and Laurel Heights neighborhoods Thursday morning, a utility spokeswoman said.
