World Cup Coming to a Close
SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. (KCBS)- If you're a soccer fan you may already know that San Francisco's Civic Center Plaza is a great place to watch the championship game this Sunday.
The big game is shown on an equally big screen that looks almost as big as a soccer field.
Rec and Park has been hosting world cup games there with thousands of people turning out, but general manager Phil Ginsberg says this one will be the biggest yet.

"We've been showing matches out at Civic Center Plaza for a month. We've raised about $100 thousand from various sponsors and philanthropic organizations to show these events. I'm so sad to see it end and I'm already excited about World Cup 2014," said Ginsberg.
Sunday's atmosphere promises to be spirited with lots of entertainment, food and fun, both on and off the screen.
