Woman Arrested After Allegedly Stabbing Another Woman In SF SoMa
SAN FRANCISCO (CBS SF) - A woman was arrested after allegedly stabbing another woman in a dispute over money in San Francisco's South of Market neighborhood on Sunday evening, police said.
The stabbing was reported at 6:01 p.m. Sunday in the 1300 block of Ninth Street.
The 28-year-old suspect and 25-year-old victim were arguing over money when the suspect took out a knife and slashed the victim's leg, then took her purse, according to police.
The victim was taken to San Francisco General Hospital to be treated for her injuries, which are not considered life-threatening.
The suspect, whose name has not been released, was later found at her home and arrested, police said.
