Walnut Creek Man Arrested For Allegedly Meeting Minor For Sex
MARTINEZ (CBS SF) -- A Walnut Creek man was arrested in Martinez on Tuesday after he allegedly tried to meet a teenage girl for sex, police said.
Police said officers arrested 25-year-old Skye O'Leary when he showed up near the intersection of Marina Vista and Alhambra avenues around 2 p.m. to meet with a girl he believed to be 14 years old.
Officers also served a search warrant at the suspect's Walnut Creek home and seized computer equipment, police said.
Oleary was arrested on suspicion of crimes including meeting a minor for sex and sending lewd material to a minor, according to police.
He was booked into county jail in Martinez where he is being held on $105,000 bail.
