Van Sought In Hit-&-Run Involving San Francisco School Bus
SAN FRANCISCO (CBS SF) -- A crash Wednesday afternoon in San Francisco involving a van and a school bus with about 20 children on board is being investigated as a hit-and-run, a California Highway Patrol officer said.
The crash was reported around 2:50 p.m. near Harrison and Cesar Chavez streets.
No injuries were reported, CHP Officer Kevin Bartlett said.
The other vehicle, a white van, drove off after the collision and the driver has not been found, Bartlett said.
The CHP investigates all collisions involving a school bus with children on board, Bartlett said.
