Union City Man's Body Found In Park
UNION CITY (CBS SF) -- Union City police said Friday that they are investigating what caused the death of a man whose body was found at a park Thursday morning.
Officers responded to Casa Verde Park around 10:40 a.m. Thursday after passersby reported that an unresponsive man was laying on the grass there, a police spokeswoman said.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene.
The spokeswoman said the man has been identified but police aren't releasing his name as of Friday afternoon.
Police describe the man as appearing to be of Asian descent and in his 40s or 50s.
The spokeswoman said investigators are trying to determine if foul play was involved in the man's death.
