UC Berkeley Grad Student Found Dead In Apartment
BERKELEY (CBS SF) - A University of California at Berkeley graduate student was found dead in his apartment Sunday night after officers responded to a call from a concerned friend, UC police Lt. Eric Tejada said.
Officers responded to the Manville Apartments at 2100 Channing Way at about 9:10 p.m. after being contacted by a friend who had not seen the student in a few days, Tejada said.
The Manville Apartments is a UC Berkeley graduate student housing facility.
Tejada said there were no signs of foul play and that the student's name has not yet been released.
