Two Armed Men Rob San Jose Marijuana Dispensary
SAN JOSE (BCN) -- Two armed men entered a San Jose marijuana dispensary late Wednesday morning, tied up the employees, and made off with marijuana and cash, a police spokesman said.
The robbery occurred around 11:55 a.m. at The Dispensary, located in the 1600 block of Monterey Road, Officer Jose Garcia said.
The men entered the dispensary, ordered two employees to get on the ground, and tied them up, Garcia said. They then ransacked the business and made off with an undisclosed amount of marijuana and cash, and some personal items belonging to the employees.
The employees, both adult males, were not hurt.
The suspects displayed firearms but did not use them in the course of the robbery, Garcia said.
The employees could not say which direction the suspects fled or whether they fled on foot or in a car.
There were no patrons inside the business when the robbery occurred.
