Tweet Joking About Airplane's Security Gets Computer Expert Pulled From Flight To San Francisco
DENVER (CBS SF) -- A tweet kept a computer expert from flying on his flight to San Francisco Saturday.
The United Airlines jet was headed to SFO from Denver Saturday night, where Chris Roberts planned on attending a security conference in the city.
The airline blocked Roberts from flying after he sent a tweet joking about the plane's onboard communication system.
"Find myself on a 737/800, lets see Box-IFE-ICE-SATCOM, ? Shall we start playing with EICAS messages? "PASS OXYGEN ON" Anyone ? :)"
