Tri-Valley Brush Fire Consumes 150 Acres; No Structures Threatened
DUBLIN (CBS SF) -- Cal Fire is working with U.S. military firefighters to extinguish a brush fire on the Camp Parks Reserve Forces Training Area in Dublin near the Santa Rita Jail.
The blaze was reported around 11:20 a.m. and has burned approximately 150 acres.
Fire Chief Paige Meyer says Camp Parks Fire is taking the lead on fire suppression, but they have multiple aid at the scene.
KPIX Morning Weather Anchor Roberta Gonzales reported from Tassajara Road as the fire started creeping over a hill.
"This is getting dangerously close to homes here in the Dublin-Pleasanton-Livermore area," she said.
San Ramon Fire is doing structure protection, however no structures were immediately reported threatened.

The City of Dublin reported on Twitter shortly after 2 p.m. that Tassajara Road is closed between Quarry Lane and Fallon Road because of the fire.
