Top 5 Rudest Cities In America List Is Out, Thankfully San Francisco's Not On It
SAN FRANCISCO (CBS SF) -- It seems San Francisco is always on some Top 5 list of cities -- Most Expensive, Most Snobby, Most Techies, Most Wackos (LOL).
Well, for once there's a 'top 5' list The City didn't make, and it's a good thing.
Travel and Leisure just released its annual list of America's Rudest Cities, and San Francisco, Oakland, and San Jose are NOT on it.
Our neighbor to the south, Los Angeles made the number four spot.
"To mingle with affable Angelenos, avoid overrated Hollywood glitz," says T & L. Instead, visitors are advised to stick to Lala Land's world-class restaurants, museums and arts scene.
Philly is number 5, New York made number 3, and Phoenix is number 2 when it comes to being downright inhospitable toward visitors.
The number one spot went to Miami, Florida, the veritable "top dog" of rudeness. According to Travel and Leisure, "In addition to rudeness, the city had a pretty high snob score."
