Tickets To Sold Out Warriors Game 6 Watch Party At Oracle Reselling For $50 And Up
OAKLAND (CBS SF) - Upper deck seats to a Warriors game for $50 don't sound all that unreasonable, until you realize that the tickets only allow you to catch the game on TV.
The team will open up Oracle Tuesday night for game six of the NBA Finals, which will tip off at 6 p.m. - in Cleveland. The team's official watch party sold out quickly at $15 a seat, but have since shot up on StubHub to at least $50 a ticket, as of Monday afternoon. Seats to the event are assigned, and most of the lower bowl spots will cost you more than $100. Parking is a relative bargain at $5.
"The Warriors Team Store will be open, and game night concessions will be available. All fans will receive a Warriors rally towel and Warriors Cheer Card, and will also have the opportunity to create a Warriors Official Watch Party commemorative ticket," the team reports.
As of Monday afternoon, the highest price on StubHub was $797. Compare that to the live game in Cleveland, where seats were selling between $310 and $9,500 for the live game. But before you click "buy" it looks like a last minute flight to Cleveland is going to cost you $800 or more.
