Thieves Caught On Video Smashing Store Windows, Stealing Over $9,000 Worth Of Electric Bikes In San Francisco
SAN FRANCISCO (CBS SF) -- San Francisco police are investigating a smash-and-grab at an electric bike shop Monday morning.
At about 4:30 a.m. at a shop on Fillmore and Ellis streets, surveillance video shows two suspects breaking the store's windows and taking off with the bikes.
The store's owners says the two electric bikes stolen have an estimated value of $8,000. Another bike priced around $1,300 was also taken.
