The Simpsons - 'Principal Charming'
Homer arranges a date between Principal Skinner and Marge's sister, Selma.
Barney calls Homer and tells him of a new all-you-can-eat restaurant called "Greasy Joe's Bottomless Bar-B-Q Pit." Marge asks her sisters to baby-sit the children so she and Homer can go out on Saturday night and eat. But Marge's sister, Selma, longs to be married. When she mentions her desire for wedded bliss to Marge after she returns from "Greasy Joe's," Marge asks Homer to find Selma a man. Homer goes on a man hunt for Selma, but he cannot find anyone suitable or desperate enough. Bart gets caught burning his name into the football field with a highly caustic acid. Homer is summoned by Principal Skinner to inform him of Bart's misdeed. Learning that Skinner is not a married man, Homer invites him to dinner, hoping to match him up with Selma.
When Skinner arrives, he is introduced to Selma's sister, Patty, and he is instantly smitten by her. Despite Patty's obvious disinterest, Skinner is hopelessly in love. To find out more about Patty, Skinner befriends Bart, getting him off detention in exchange for information. No matter what mischief Bart gets into, Skinner is too in love to notice.
As Patty and Skinner continue to see each other and have a good time together, Selma sinks deeper into despair. After Homer tells Barney all about Patty, he asks Homer to fix him up with her. Unable to contain his love any longer, Skinner decides to ask Patty to marry him. When Selma finds out, she gives up hope of ever finding a decent man and decides to give herself to Barney. Seeing what her relationship with Skinner is doing to her sister, Patty turns down Skinner's marriage proposal, leaving him a crushed man. Finding Selma before she does anything with Barney she will regret later, Patty takes Selma home so they can be two lonely spinsters together. Skinner exacts his revenge by making Bart seed the entire school grounds.
