Suspicious Packages Prompt Oakland Street Closures
OAKLAND (CBS SF) - Oakland police have shut down streets while they investigate two suspicious packages discovered at 16th Street and Telegraph Avenue.
The packages were found next to a mailbox, police spokeswoman Officer Johnna Watson said.
Traffic was disrupted, and police were advising motorists to avoid the area.
