Andrew Zumini, 27, is suspected of gunning down his father, Anthony Zumini, 46, in the 900 block of Gilchrist Drive in East San Jose on Friday, police spokeswoman Heather Randol said.
Police arrested the son after the shooting occurred at 9:40 p.m. that day, police said.
