Suspect Sought In Corte Madera Bank Robbery
CORTE MADERA (CBS SF) - A bank in Corte Madera was robbed by a mustached man wearing a knit cap and construction boots Tuesday evening, according to Twin Cities police.
The robbery was reported at the First Community Bank at 137 Corte Madera Town Center at 5:38 p.m., police said.
The robber approached a teller and demanded money, and the teller handed over an undisclosed amount of cash.
The suspect then fled with the money, and Twin Cities police were unable to find him.
He is described as a Hispanic man in his 40s, standing about 5 feet 10 inches tall with a mustache. He was wearing a gray knit cap, a dark hooded sweatshirt with gray lining, jeans and tan construction boots.
